1. The service

Dopamine Doctor provides a 30-day dopamine recalibration programme with AI coaching. It is an educational service only. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use Dopamine Doctor. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your account or access codes with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Payments and refunds

All paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email support@dopaminedoctor.app within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund - no questions asked.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service - including attempting to reverse-engineer it, circumvent access controls, or use automated tools to scrape content.

6. AI coaching

The AI coaching feature is powered by Anthropic Claude. Responses are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

7. Intellectual property

All programme content - including audio, text, and AI responses - is the property of Dopamine Doctor. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopamine Doctor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
